Jean-Jacques hails from Sudbury and now resides and works in Ottawa. After working in the oil fields and construction for a few years, he decided to pursue a career in law. He has practised in a number of areas including real estate, corporate/commercial, procurement, environmental and family law. He is also very knowledgeable in administrative law, having worked several years in the federal administration. Over the years, Jean-Jacques has been active in many non-profit organisations including the Richelieu Club and the Sandy Hill Community Health Center where, in both, he served as Chair. He is presently part of a number of local not-for-profit boards such as the Jean-Claude Bergeron Foundation and the Fondation Richelieu Fondateur. Jean-Jacques is fully bilingual in both official languages of Canada.
