Sam Goldstein is a criminal lawyer called to the Bar in 1998. He articled at the Federal Court of Canada for Justice Marshall Rothstein before joining the Ministry of the Attorney General as an Assistant Crown Attorney in Newmarket. Since 2005 he has been in private criminal litigation practice arguing cases at all levels of court in Ontario including the Supreme Court of Canada. He was a volunteer board member of Accessible Media Inc. (AMI), a broadcaster for the visually impaired; University Settlement’s House Community Centre; and the Miles Nadal Jewish Community Centre. He is a proud volunteer for the Second Chance Scholarship Foundation and prior to his appointment to Tribunals Ontario he was national legal advisor to B’nai Brith Canada. He is a bencher of the Law Society of Ontario.
