Biography

​W. Paul Dray has been a practicing paralegal for 29 years. He currently conducts prosecutions for 32 municipalities and government agencies including the Crown Attorney for matters under the Provincial Offences Act. He was appointed by the Attorney General in 2003 as a lay bencher of the Law Society of Ontario. In 2007 upon licensing of paralegals by the Law Society he became a paralegal bencher. His adjudicative experience includes Committee of Adjustment, Ontario Motor Vehicle Industry Discipline Panel, Hearing Officer for the City of Vaughan and the Law Society Hearing and Appeal Panels. He continues as an appointee member on the Law Society Tribunal.
