Biography
Karen is Partner at Beckett Personal Injury Lawyers in London where she works in the Plaintiff Injury Group. She has practiced personal injury law since 2003. She received a LL.B. from Queen’s University, a Bachelor of Education from Memorial University of Newfoundland and a Bachelor of Arts from Acadia University. Prior to practicing law, Karen was a high school and adult education teacher.
Karen was President of the Middlesex Law Association (MLA) where she served as a Board Trustee and chaired committees for several years. She is also a member of the Ontario Trial Lawyers Association (OTLA). She has volunteered on committees for several organizations in her community. Karen has often been a guest speaker at legal and community association events. She is a Bencher of the Law Society of Ontario.
