Barbara Laskin is the President of Meta4 Creative Communications, an Ottawa-based firm that specializes in writing and editing, strategic communications, facilitation, and outreach and engagement. She is also a Senior Associate with TPA Consulting Inc. a firm whose mission is to provide advice in strategy, governance, organizational performance, and performance assessment. A former senior program manager at the Canada Council, Barbara has a long history of involvement with the arts and culture community throughout Canada as a cultural bureaucrat, consultant, board member of numerous local and national arts organizations, and communications advisor. music performance.
