Biography

Howard Goldblatt has previously served as an adjudicator on the Law Society Tribunal and the Law Society Appeals Tribunal during his two terms as an elected Bencher.

Mr. Goldblatt is a founding partner of Goldblatt Partners LLP, recognized as one of Canada’s leading law firms which has broadened its focus from a “traditional” labour law firm to one practicing in a number of areas including constitutional law, civil litigation, indigenous, criminal and pension law. The firm has just celebrated its 50th anniversary.

Mr. Goldblatt continues to have an active litigation practice, appearing before arbitrators and in all levels of the Courts, including the Supreme Court of Canada.
